District One Located in between two mountains, this district is located straight in the middle of a valley. Fortunately, the mountains aren't too high-- so flooding isn't really a big issue. The grasses are green, and there is a nice forest far off to the left. There is a large stonewall that surrounds the city-- but few guards are posted around it. After all, this is a luxury town-- and anyone who left would freeze to death by morning. Sub-boards: Instruction Center, Justice Building, Lower Class Section, Marketing Area, Middle Class Section, Quarry, Shopping Alley, Stonewall Edge, The Fountain, Training Forest, Upper Class Section, Victor's Village |

District Two Located on the far side of the mountain that shields District One-- lays District Two. Unlike its lush neighbor, on this side of the mountain, the land is nearly completely flat. A few trees scatter around the large brick wall, but other than that-- nothing besides the large mountain to the left of the district. Sub-boards: Brickwall Edge, Hedgemaze, Hospital and Medical Research Center, Justice Building, Lower Class Section, Marketing Area, Middle Class Section, Peacekeeper Base, Railroad Tracks, Stoning Quarry, Training Center, Upper Class Section, Victor's Village |

District Three As you go further out west from District Two-- you'll find District Three. It's completely alone in the middle of a large prairie-- and the only signs of life beyond this smaller District are the single track of railroads that stretch outwards and beyond. The tan stonewalls that surrounds this district is cornered by four watchtowers. Be careful. Sub-boards: Abandoned Factory, Abandoned Watchtower, Factories, Justice Building, Lower Class Section, Middle Class Section, School, Stretch of Prairie, Upper Class Section, Victor's Village, Watchtowers |

District Four If you follow the right railroad track that lead out from District Three: you'll reach the ocean. And District Four located right by the bed. This District is located right on a twenty-foot wall cliff so they high tides and flooding will never reach the city. You'll have to follow the many ladders if you want to get down to the beach. The land is all flat plain behind the district, and ocean in front. Sub-boards: Boardwalk, Crossing Ladders, Fishing Pier, Lower Class Section, Justice Building, Market-Square, Middle Class Section, Ocean Towers, Ricksaw Bay, Schools of Four, The Far-Out Ocean, The Rich Family's Yacht, The Rocks, Training Villa, Upper Class Section, Victor's Village |

District Five There are two mountains that surround District One. District Two's on the other side of one, and District Five on the other side of the other. It's complete desert, and there are no need for walls around this city. The only known source of water is the large river that comes running down the mountain and into the center of the district. The District is quite literally built around a lake. |

District Six District Six is located in the nest of the largest mountains of the entire country. Near the peak, it is almost always snowing except in the summer. The town is on a cliff ledge and consists of many slopes. There is an electric fence that runs around the district in nearly all sections-- because nearly all the District Six members are good climbers and a normal wall would do no good. |

District Seven District Seven-- located in the expanse of a huge forest where the land only spreads upwards from the small crater the district resides in. The 'crater' is several miles wide-- and the rather small population of District Seven hammers away at the trees from the inside. Surprisingly, there seem few clearings without trees-- as the people there plant two more trees for every one they cut down. |

District Eight District Eight seems to be located in the most unextraordinary landspot yet. There are a few trees that are scattered around, but it's mostly grass. The land is slightly hilly, but not too much. The large brick walls that surround the city are an off gray-- just like the factories that fill up nearly the entire working area of the city. |

District Nine District Nine, like District Seven, is almost swallowed by the endless bounty of woods and mountains that surround it. The city appears to be the most lax by far, with no walls surrounding the town-- but in reality, it's quite not. There are several watchtowers that are scattered through the forest that reign a hundred or so feet above the treetops. |

District Ten District Ten is the second largest settlement in all of Panem (excluding the Capitol). It’s located on rolling plains that are surrounded by millions of dollars worth of stonewall. This wall stretches several miles long, fifteen feet high, and forms a ring around the district. This keeps the citizens and cattle in, and rogue mutations out. Inside the wall is a variety of parry scenery and animal life. |

District Eleven District Eleven is the largest settlement in Panem (including the Capitol). The parries of this district are wheat gold, and it could almost appear from above to be a gold ocean. But if you look closely, this ‘ocean’ contains small dark brown rivers that float in straight lines through the ocean. These rivers are in fact rich brown soils paths that are walked on daily by hundreds of district resident feet. There are many watchtowers that are scattered through the fields—and as the gold wheat fields turn to green, you can spot patch works of gardens and orchards. |

District Twelve In the rolling hills and dense forest, you’ll find District Twelve. Surrounded by a cheap electric fence, and crumbling mountains—this district is infamous for its work dangerous underground. It’s located not far from District Seven and Nine, and carries the same atmosphere of humble woods beyond the thin but deadly fence that traps the citizens inside. |
