Instruction Center ‘Instruction’ also stands for learning how to kill other people. This district may seem a little too ditzy for competiveness, but District One is in on the killing too. Come here to learn a bunch of different ways to help win the games. |

Justice Building Just a Justice Building, nothing special. Weddings are normally had here, as well as the reapings and town festivities. Unlike most of the other districts, part of this Justice Building is used as a railroad station that imports food and the like, and exports tributes and luxury goods. |

Lower Class Section These apartments are located just outside the quarry. In tall, tan stone buildings, the apartments each usually have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spare room as well as an entrance hall. You have to enter the large building and follow the halls down to find each apartment. |

Marketing Area The Center Square, where you can buy food items and odds and ends. The entire area is in the form of a square (surrounded on all four sides by the back of the tan stone walls that separate the wealthy class from the other classes), while the different carts full of food and such are scattered around the entire edge of the square. |

Middle Class Section The houses are usually two stories. They also usually contain four or five bedrooms, two or three bathrooms—a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, and two spare rooms. The houses are usually painted, from a white to a dark brown, and are lined up in rows across from the market place. |

Quarry District One is in charge of mining precious gems, ontop of making luxury goods for the capitol. A good 70% of the district works here as their moneymaking job. It appears to be a large building from the outside, but inside the ground opens up to a large series of tunnels that slope into the ground. |

Shopping Alley District One is the richest settlement in all of Panem (excluding the Capitol)—so it’s natural that this richest settlement has some area for pleasure spending. There are countless shops here, and many of them have been set up by Capitol people and the members of this district themselves. |

Stonewall Edge The edge of the stonewall. There’s a gate in the wall, which is guarded by three or four armed guards and two adjacent watchtowers. You’re allowed to leave the district and go frolic in the flowers, as long as you agree to wear a tracking device on your arm. |

The Fountain Ah, the wishing fountain! Located smack dab in the middle of the marketplace, this marble three-deck fountain is certainly a sight to see (especially with that special someone!)! Made out of pure marble, it was a gift from the Capitol in thanks for this District’s help in the war. |

Training Forest Just outside the walls are a thick forest that the training center has claimed as it’s own to use for training potential tributes. There are crumbled up buildings that the training center has placed in the forest for added flair, and weapons racks (all blunt ones of course) that you can use in a short mock hunger-games if you wish. |

Upper Class Section You’d be surprised—a good 30% of the district lives here. The typical mansion is, well, a typical mansion: white stone and trimmed hedges on the outside, and surprisingly modern and expensive furniture on the inside. |

Victor's Village Even more luscious than the villas in the Upper Class (somehow) these three-story houses might be smaller, but they sure pack a punch! They were built shortly after the Annual Hunger Games were announced; it’s replaced every girl’s dream to be a princess—to one day live in these extravagantly modern houses. |
