Merged in with the Upper-Class Section, the Victor’s Village is only defined as so with the white picket fence that surrounds a large string of houses in the center of the Upper-Class Section. They appear to be relatively the same on the outside as the other mansions, but the insides are quite high-tech. Maybe today one will be unlocked…?
