As said before, District Four lies on a large cliff about twenty or so feet into the air. To get down to the boardwalk and the piers, you have climb down a series of ladders made of slick stainless steel. Some of the more cocky teenagers that have climbed down these ladders hundreds of times simply slide down the ladders like a fireman’s pole.
